Hi, I just want to tell that I'm not such a random guy, who came in here to get super admin. I'll be hosting servers, if you need any. So that's why I got super admin, if you want to have a look at the server specs, just scroll down, it's below.
I'm sure this server is good enough to hold like 40-60 players without crashing, the specs are awesome.

How would you act like a SCN?: I would fly around and detect citizens and take pictures of them. If something happens, i'll take a picture of the fight f.x, then report it to the MPF or OTA.

How would you act to other person as SCN?: I would take a picture of the citizen and then fly away. (To another citizen)

What does a SCN do?: A scanner sometimes have a big role, and sometimes it's to no use. A scanner flys around, taking pictures of citizens. But only 1 picture. A scanner is not allowed to take more than 1 picture per citizen, or else it would be concidered as spam. But it is allowed to take one picture. Then maybe f.x, come again after 20 minutes.

Give an example of a roleplay experience where you detect something:
SCN: /me flys around, making beep noices.
SCN: /me sees the citizen
SCN: /me flys over to the citizen
SCN: /me takes a picture
Citizen: /me gets flashed
SCN: /me flys away to another citizen

You need to be a MPF 03+ to become a SCN. (03, 02 01...)
