UCA Information

HELIX Division, is the Universal Civil Authority and Metro Police Force Field Medics.
They move into combat, to heal wounded units, but they stay out of they firing line, as much as possible.
An HELIX unit, have specialized training in Medical Abilities.
Such as using bandage in an expert way, and fixing larger and more serious wounds.
A whole new type of MedicalRP inside of UCA.

What can i do as HELIX?
As a HELIX unit, you are expected to do one thing, making sure every UCA have good health, and aren't wounded. You are an field medic inside of UCA.
If an unit are wounded, you hurry out, and try to patch him up.
You Co-orporate with the AI medical division, to improve technology.
Looking at Resistance Medics, you are FAR more advanced, you got all the supplies you need inside of Nexus. Your command HQ is Medical Bay.
You can patrol like other units, detain citizens, amputate when 01 etc.
You are like other units, however, when things get hot, you try to stay out of trouble, to be able to heal the wounded units.
You also find cures for infections, and ensure that citizens stay alive, so you can keep supressing them.

At rank of 04 you can ask from division leader of HELIX about your interest in joining.
And possibly, if more units are needed for HELIX, he takes you to the test. Joining to HELIX shouldn't be hard at all if you're mature, you have interest about UCA and you're fine RPer as UCA. Otherwise, if you fail to obey your superiors all the time, you're immature, then you'll find it extremly hard to join to the HELIX.

Medical Roll Bonus For HELIX
As Helix, you will have Medical Roll Bonus. Basicly that means your standard Roll Bonus don't count here.
You can only use your Medical Roll Bonus, when doing an Medical Action.
We take it by ranks.

Zero-Three = +10
Zero-Two = +20
Zero-One = +30
Officer = +40
Elite Protection Unit = +50
Division Leader = +60

VICTOR Division, is like the officers for VICE Division or "nanny's"
If an VICE unit is on, VICTOR unit takes care of VICE, and patrols with VICE Etc.
VICTOR exists to keep RCT's more organized, and to prevent them from spreading chaos and getting themselves killed.

What can i do as VICTOR?
You are either 05 or 04, but you are still low in the UCA Rank system.
You may now carry an 9mm Sidearm, but only use it in self defence, or if granted permission to administer higher verdicts.
You patrol the streets with VICE units, to keep them organized, and ensure they survive.
You are VICE divisions "officers".

Division Leader and Joining.
VICTOR Have no official Division Leader.
The supreme commander in VICTOR is Sectorial Command off course.
You can join VICTOR as soon as you are promoted to 05/04.
And you only stay in VICTOR until promoted to 03.

VICE Division is UCA's Recruit division.
To keep all RCT's organized VICE was created.
VICTOR 05/04's are VICE Officers so to speak.
they take care of VICE.
And always patrols with VICE.
Recruits start in VICE, and when promoted to 05 they are moved to VICTOR

What can i do as VICE?
You are just an recruit, you are the lowest of the lowest.
You are only an citizen, just with uniform on you.

You join VICE as soon as you are accepted into UCA.

Storm is doing all the breach and capture work.
STORM is tasked to search apartments during community inspection or JW/AW and fight alongside OTA troops of requested.
STORM is sweep and assault division.

What can I do as STORM?
-Carry division weapons.
-Fight alongside OTA with high chance.
-As 03 can carry MP7. After passing a trial time and test from corresponding unit. (That can be +Ofc.)
-As +01 search one appartment block.
-As +Ofc search all apartment blocks.
-Can be granted permission by +01 at lower ranked to search apparment block if that unit is busy whit something else.
-Be granted smaller privilages by Dvl if he/she agrees and think so its worth to trust you whit it.
-Tourture suspect in DB if Judge is busy.
-Deploy OTA as Dvl.

JUDGE is division in UCA, which takes care of giving correct Civil Judgements to suspects.
Their job is to interrogate suspect correctly, using useful interrogation and torturing techniques.
JUDGE division units will take care of all detaining, interrogating and amputating.
All units in JUDGE are trained to interrogate correctly, detain correctly and amputate correctly, this is why JUDGE you should every kind of this stuff to JUDGE.
Mostly, JUDGE does all jobs in DB, like paperwork, filling contraband lockers with new contraband and ordering new shipments of breen's water for futher brainwashes.

What can I do as JUDGE?
You have priority to:
- Detain suspects
- Interrogate suspects
- Amputate suspects
- Administer any verdict as 03
- Access to contraband lockers
- Permission to stay in DB to do paperwork etc..
- Torture suspect as much as you want if he refuses to co-operate

GHOST is an elite sub-division in UCA STORM division, which only 02 and 03 units with lots of combat training and 01-EpU units that have standard combat training can achieve, if VIP.
If accepted and qualified by SeC, GHOST DvL. And GHOST DvL your current UCA Unit, will get the name UCA-GHOST-STORM.*****.
GHOST is very aggressive and heavily brainwashed Spec Ops Units, like Light Overwatch Soldiers because they are Trans-Human.
GHOST is an creepy unit, an unit, other units are scared of, from RCT-EpU Mostly.
They use harsh methods to achieve victory, and they take orders, only from SeC, EOW and CA/SA.
Division leaders also ask for their assistance only when it is really needed. GHOST DvL and GHOST DvL both have say in STORM and in GHOST division.

What can i do as GHOST?
You have priority to:
- Permission to Administer all verdicts.
- Permission to Enter slums at all times.
- Permission to Interrogate if necessary.*
- Permission to Detain Suspects if necessary.*
- Permission to Torture Suspects if necessary.*
- Permission to Use extremely harsh methods.
- Permission to use dispatches. (except AW)
- Permission to activate Judgement Waiver


NOTE: *By that i mean, only if no other unit is online, to take care of the suspect.

Division Leader and Joining.
To join GHOST, you must tell Sector Commander, GHOST DvL, and GHOST DvL about your interest, you will receive a test, to see if you are qualified.
If qualified, you will receive heavy brainwashing and training, and you get an new uniform with a mask.

This are all five Special Ops, heavy geared, fast and agile, troops
Fear RP against them is HIGHER than any other Division.
Mostly even more than OTA.
